Evolving Design is growing, and I hope you'll be pleased with the changes that will be taking place over the coming months.
From our newsletter (of which this is the first issue!), which we will send out as necessary to notify our clients of updates and news, to our growing staff (more on the below) and technological upgrades, Evolving Design is undergoing a transformation from a small one-person part-time activity to a full-blown marketing and web technologies agency.
Server Upgrade
The first big news is that I am moving our small family of web sites off of the shared server which has been our home for the last 3 years to our own machine. This is an exciting change for me, as it confirms the importance of your web sites, which are generating too much traffic for our current home to handle.
The upgrade will take place over the course of next week. I will move each of your sites onto the new server one at a time, so as to be sure there are no problems along the way. Further, I will try to make your move happen at a time when your traffic is low (so those of you with heavy US traffic will be moved in the late morning here, while those with mostly Italian traffic will be moved late at night).
If you prefer to be moved at a particular time, please write to me and let me know. Your site will be down for 15 - 60 minutes during the transfer.
A Growing Team to Serve You
Evolving Design is hiring! We have too much work (as some of you will have noticed) and can't keep up. If you know qualified graphic artists or programmers, please have them apply for a job.

Evolving Design sta crescendo, e spero che gradirai i cambiamenti in corso nei mesi nel avvenire.
Dal newsletter (questo e' il primo numero) che verra' mandato di volta in volta che serve per notificarvi di camiamenti e novita', allo staff in aumento (parlero' di questo dopo) alla tecnologia aggiornata, Evolving Design si sta trasformando da un'operazione solitario e part-time ad un'agenzia di marketing e web technologies proprio e vero.
Nuovo server
In primis, sono lieto a comunicarvi che abbiamo acquistato un server tutto nostro per ospitare i vostri siti. La settimana prossima comincio a lasciare il vecchio server che abbiamo usato per l'ultimi tre anni. Sono contentissimo di questo, in quanto afferma l'importanza dei vostri siti, che generano troppo traffico per il vecchio server.
Il trasferimento avra' luogo la settimana prossima. Spostero' ogni sito uno per uno, in modo di minimizzare la possibilita' di avere problemi. Inoltre, cerchero' di spostare ogni sito in momenti di minor traffico (cioe', chi ha piu' visitatori americani verra' spostato nel tarda mattinata, mentro chi ha piu' italiani verra' trasferito in fondo notte).
Se hai preferenza di essere trasferito in un momento particolare, mi puoi scrivere tranquillamente. Il tuo sito sara' non raggiungibile per 15 - 60 minuti durante il processo di trasferimento.

Stiamo cercando collaboratori! Abbiamo troppo lavoro (come alcuni avranno gia' notato) e non ce la faccio a star dietro tutti. Percio' se conoscete grafici o programmatori, mandateli a farsi conoscere!
